How far ahead should we book a wedding band?
Popular wedding bands book 9 to 12 months ahead for Saturdays in peak season. Weekday and off-season dates are easier to secure.
How long does a band play?
A typical booking is two to three 45-minute sets with short breaks. Many bands also offer playlist DJ service between sets.
How much space does a band need?
Plan roughly 3 x 3 metres for a small combo and 5 x 4 metres for a six-piece band, plus access to power near the stage.
